A1. How can i join your premier club?
It is very easy to subscribe to the DIM club thru paypal, just go to the
MEMBERSHIP page, You will find two
options for the premier club, Click  to join
the premier club. You can pay by your credit card even you do not have a
paypal account.
A2.How this works?
Ready for joining -> Subscribe to the club thru paypal -> Get the
receipt from paypal -> Set up your account -> email your ID and password
-> Get your ID and password and log in -> Download all the designs and
the free bonus.
This may takes 1 - 12 hours due to the time your joining
A3. What's the cost for your premier club?
There are 2 subscription terms:
The cost for the monthly subscription is $10
The cost for the yearly subscription is $68( More benefits)
A4.How many designs can i get in a month?
You will get more than 30 designs each month.
A5. What's day is the last day in your club?
A month in my premier club is from 14th to 13th(next month), When we
call "Jul 2004", The time is Jun 14th to Jul 13th,NOT Jul 1st to Jul
31st , On 14th of each month, I will compress all designs in the
month in a zip file, and send the download link to you, So you do not
afraid to lose any of the designs.
A6.Do you store the designs for a certain time
or forever?
All the designs are stored forever, you can log in my site with your
personal information and download them at any time .
A7. What's embroidery formats do you offer?
Currently, There are 4 embroidery formats( These are the top 4
embroidery formats according to DesignInMail Group's poll):
PES, HUS, JEF, ART
If you need some other formats, Please contact me and i will convert them
for you.
A8.What i can get if i am monthly
subscriber($10/mo)?

- Ask for some particular designs
For example, maybe you need a dog or flower design. You can contact
me, and I will try to find it in my design library. If available, I
will send it within 7 days. If not, I will find a
clipart or drawing of what you need, then send it to you. This is a
FREE service which is part of your premier membership

A10.What is the yearly subscriber FREE
Digitizing?
NOTE: This option only for the yearly subscriber
now. Here are the two simply rules:
1,Your design may be shared on the DIM Club, but we obviously cannot do
copyright protected designs, company logos, and so on.
2,You have the right to use the design on items for gifts or for sale. I
will check out the design first. Then if it is approved, I will inform
you by e-mail.
Please check the sample below: (Gail was sent me the art[A],
and i digitized the design and sent back it later. It's very nice of her
to send a stitch out[B] to me and share it with our members here)

If your design is not fit the FREE Digitizing, I will give you the
low price for digitizing it.
A11. How to renew my membership?
Your membership is renewed by paypal automatic.
A12.How to cancel my membership?
Log in your paypal site and find out the transaction , Click it
and your will find "CANCEL MEMBERSHIP" there. If you do not know how to
cancel, Just let me know, I will do it for you .
A13. Can i change my email address to receive
your daily premier design(s)?
Yes, you can. Just email me with your ID and the new address, then i
will send an email to your new email address, after i get your
confirmation from the new address, i will update your profile soon.
A14.What should i do in case i lost my
password(even my id)?
If so please contact me at

Your account will be deleted when i got the notification from paypal,
Not the day which you were joined.
